“Nonpublic personal information” means personally identifiable financial information about you that is not publicly available and that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. For example, personally identifiable financial information includes information regarding your account balance, payment history, and overdraft history.

Categories of nonaffiliated third parties to whom we disclose nonpublic personal information:

First Community Bank may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of third parties:

  • Financial service providers, such as banks, credit card issuers; and
  • Non-financial service providers, such as check printers, data processors, and statement mailers.

In addition, we may share customer information with companies that we contract with to provide marketing support and other services. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as required or permitted by law.
